Amanda is the heart of HMRC. She has overseen Harlan Morris through the transition to independent, local ownership and the full modernization and renovation project for the facility. Additionally, she serves the senior residents at Harlan Morris making sure all aspects of their daily lives are enjoyable.

With a BA and Master of Science from the University of Tennessee at Martin, she has 20 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, senior care services, and has been licensed as a Dementia Practitioner. She is SHIFT certified and is a TN certified investigator for abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
